Lovingly restored
to
near
perfect condition and finished in May 2004.
Finished in the gorgeous American Motor's "Big Bad Breen". This car
has the original 350 Rocket Engine with 180HP @ 3800 RPM with 4 BBL Carb.
Exhaust system relaced in 2004 with "New Dual Exhaust". Also all original is
the "Wet Look" all-vinyl interior in excellent unrestored shape. Almost a shame
to mess with. Restoration included, but not limited to new right and
left quarter panels, vinyl top removed and re-finished painted.
All
chrome trim removed and reinstalled, bumpers re-chromed. New rubber
in trunk and American Racing Torque Thrust II Wheels with
Essenza Rubber.
Owner's View
The one thing I wanted to do during the restoration was to bring the
car to a level not seen on any 73-77 "Collonnade Cruisers". I wanted
it to have a little more attitude and spunk. People thought I was
crazy to restore this car, but man does it get a lot of looks. I
can't go anywhere without people taking snap shots and asking
the most popular question of all...."What kinda car is that?" If
real Olds muscle was a thing of the past, at least my Cutlass still
looks the part.
